To make sure everything runs smoothly, please take note of the following:

♡ Kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel if there’s any manufacturing defect.
♡ Due to hygiene reasons, all scarves are
non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a genuine defect.
♡ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
♡ Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
